The service
MAKHOOR (makhor.shop) is a discovery layer for Mukhawar and Abaya. We show boutique posts and let you WhatsApp, call, or get directions. We are not a marketplace, payment processor, or party to any sale, tailoring, or delivery.
Accounts
You must provide a valid mobile number and keep it under your control. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, spam, or post unlawful or infringing content.
Boutiques and content
Merchants warrant they have rights to photos, videos, names, and contact details they publish. Content must be accurate enough not to mislead customers. We may remove posts or boutiques after a report or legal request.
User conduct
Do not scrape, attack, or overload the service; do not impersonate a boutique; do not post sexual, hateful, or illegal content. Report tools are provided for safety.
No payments
Any price shown is informational from the boutique. Payment, deposits, sizing, and delivery are solely between you and the boutique.
Intellectual property
MAKHOOR, مخور, and the app marks belong to us. Boutique content remains the boutique’s. You grant us a licence to host and display content you upload so the service can function.
Disclaimer
The service is provided as is. We do not guarantee that a boutique will reply, that a piece is in stock, or that third-party apps (WhatsApp, Phone, Maps) will be available on your device.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for disputes, losses, or damages arising from a transaction with a boutique or from third-party apps you open from MAKHOOR.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may stop offering the apps or change features.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence. Contact: hello@makhor.shop.
